What goes into your estimate?
Start with your pickup city, destination and a room-by-room list of furniture and boxes. Include anything in a garage or storage unit, along with large or fragile items that may need extra preparation.
Tell us about stairs, elevators, building reservations and where a truck can load. These details help the team understand the work at both ends of your route.
Plan around your move-in date.
If your timing is still flexible, share a preferred window. If pickup and move-in dates do not line up, ask about storage and confirm the arrangements in your estimate. Packing help can also be included in the conversation.

Can I start without an exact date?

Can you help with packing or storage?
